Refund Policy

Effective date: February 25, 2026. This policy explains how prepaid credit refunds are handled.

1. Credits are non-withdrawable

Purchased credits are non-withdrawable and generally non-refundable once applied to your account balance.

2. Billing errors

If you believe a charge was duplicated or applied incorrectly, contact support with transaction details. We will review and correct verified billing errors.

3. Job output quality

Media generation results are probabilistic and can vary. Dissatisfaction with creative output alone does not automatically qualify for a refund.

4. Chargebacks and abuse

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account restrictions, key revocation, and suspension of service access.

5. Contact and review window

Send refund-related requests to support@killatamata.com. Include payment provider, timestamp, amount, and account email. We target first response within 3 business days.
